My Brother's Daily Routine
Reading Passage
My Brother's Daily Routine
My brother is called Daniel. He is 22 years old. He works in a small café in the centre of town. He is always busy.
Daniel wakes up at six o''clock every morning. First he has a shower. Then he eats a quick breakfast. He leaves the house at half past six. He cycles to work because the café is only fifteen minutes from our flat. He likes this. He says cycling is good exercise.
The café opens at seven o''clock. Daniel makes coffee for the first customers. Many of them work in offices nearby. He finishes work at three o''clock in the afternoon.
After work, Daniel does not go straight home. On Mondays and Thursdays, he plays football with his friends in the park. On other days, he goes to the library. There he reads or studies Spanish.
In the evening, he cooks dinner for both of us. He is a very good cook, and I am very lucky.
